Project Home Grown

Project Home Grown continues to flourish! Community Action Partnership for Somerset County/Tableland Services, Inc. was awarded the Lee Initiatives Health & Wellness Endowment. Somerset County Drug & Alcohol Survey
Somerset County Drug & Alcohol Survey

The Somerset County Drug Free Communities Coalition is conducting a convenience survey for Somerset County.  We are trying to assess the community's perception of the availability of drugs and alcohol.  The information we collect will help identify priority alcohol, tobacco, and drug abuse prevention programs.

The survey is being distributed in all 11 school districts.  In order to collect a representative sample for the entire county, we need to collect 100 surveys per school district.  We ask that you please take 10-15 minutes of your time complete our survey and then send this link to your colleagues, family, and friends.  Everyone's opinion counts!!!

Please click HERE to begin the survey.
